A pre-order is a limited time sale for a product that will be manufactured after you place an order. Your new piece will be sent to you within 21 days.

Pre-orders are orders where the product is not yet made. We collect orders for a limited time and then send the orders to be made.
WHY SHOULD I PRE-ORDER?
Most Pre-orders mean the specific product in which you are looking to buy will not be sold after the sale has ended. This means this may be your last chance to buy a certain product.
HOW LONG DOES THE PRE-ORDER LAST?
Every Pre-order is different and the length of the sale varies. Please refer to the product page to get more information on the length of each campaign.
HOW LONG UNTIL I GET MY ORDER?
Each pre order item will have its delivery date stated.
WHEN AM I ACTUALLY BILLED?
We'll charge your card upon checkout.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PRE-ORDER WENT THROUGH?
You will receive an email confirmation with your purchase info as well as order number. If you do not receive this email please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
HOW DO I RECEIVE UPDATES ON PRE-ORDERS?
You will receive email updates at various times through the production of your item.
HOW DO I RECEIVE TRACKING FOR MY PRE-ORDER?
You will receive an email update with tracking information once your item has shipped. If you do not receive an email shipment confirmation within the estimated ship time please contact email@example.com
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER AFTER THE PRE-ORDER HAS ENDED FOR A FULL REFUND?
No, you can not.
CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS OR INFORMATION AFTER THE PRE-ORDER HAS ENDED?
Yes, you absolutely can. Simply email support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will update the info you would like changed.
